SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping to mainland Spain costs €3.95. For the Balearic Islands and international shipping, please check the cost at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? We prepare your order within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2-5 business days for mainland Spain.
Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, or outside of Spain? We ship to the Balearic Islands and certain European countries. Currently, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, mainland Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any other destinations not listed.
SIZES AND PRODUCTS
How do I know my size? Each product has a specific size guide. Click on "Size Guide" on the product page to see the exact measurements.
What if the size doesn't fit? You can return the item and order a different size. We recommend placing a new order in the correct size while processing your return to ensure availability.
Are the garments tagged? Yes, all our garments have the original BLEN tags.
What materials are the garments made of? Each product specifies its composition in the description.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return it if I'm not satisfied? Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How do I request a refund? Access your customer account at blenlabel.com, log in, and request the refund directly. You can also email us at info@blenlabel.com
Who pays for return shipping? The cost of return shipping (from €3.95 depending on location) will be deducted from your refund. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label; you don't pay anything at the time of shipment.
What conditions must the garment meet to be returned? The garment must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and free of odors and stains.
How long will it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and verify the return, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Do you offer direct size exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest solution is to return the item that doesn't fit and place a new order with the correct size to ensure availability.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes, all payments are processed securely through Shopify with an SSL certificate. We do not store your card details.
Can I pay cash on delivery? We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
ORDERS
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order? If you need to modify or cancel your order, please write to us immediately at info@blenlabel.com. If we haven't prepared it yet, we can help you.
Will I receive confirmation of my purchase? Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
